Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Textile Worker to join our team. The Textile Worker will be responsible for various tasks involved in the production, processing, and finishing of textiles. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate textile machinery (weaving, knitting, spinning, etc.) to produce fabrics and textiles.
- Inspect and monitor the quality of raw materials, fabrics, and finished products.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining machines, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
- Operate sewing machines to stitch and assemble textiles.
- Dye, finish, and treat textiles as needed for specific product requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and regulations.
- Document production output, report issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist with packaging and shipping finished textile products.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
